Brief
DesignScout is a sourcing platform that helps recruiters and hiring managers evaluate design talent early in the hiring process. It focuses on assessing how designers think (through technical, design-focused challenges) and uses AI to automate evaluation and rank candidates based on problem-solving and design thinking skills.

Candidate test experience. Fullstack. Integrated with GPT
Iterated on feedback received from Design and MVP usability tests.
Built with ReactJs and Redux. Server built with NodeJs. Images are uploaded and retrieved from AWS S3.
Responses are bundled and sent to a custom GPT for processing and assessing quality of responses in comparison to an internally developed rubric. Receives structured responses that are used to display scores and create a leaderboard.
